Every order within Malaysia goes by tracked, insured courier, or you collect it in Iskandar Puteri yourself.

When our courier returns a live quote for your address at checkout, you'll see it there; otherwise the flat rate above applies. We ship within Malaysia only for now.
Processing time
Orders ship within 24 business hours of payment. For manual DuitNow or bank-transfer orders, the clock starts when your transfer is matched to the order. Pre-orders ship release week.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel ships, and it works on the courier's own tracking page. After dispatch, West Malaysia typically arrives in 1 to 3 working days, East Malaysia in 3 to 5.
Insurance
Every parcel is insured for the full order value, door to door. If a parcel arrives damaged, file a claim within 48 hours with unboxing photos or video - the full process is on the returns and refunds page.
Courier
We ship through the Delyva courier network from Iskandar Puteri, which picks the best carrier for your route. Your delivery name, address and phone number are shared with the courier to make the delivery - nothing else. East Malaysia parcels may route through a different carrier than West Malaysia ones.
Pickup
Self-pickup in Iskandar Puteri is free and by arrangement: choose pickup at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you to fix a time and place. Bring your order number.
